Tongsai Property Management ("Tongsai Property", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, and how we use it. We are a boutique property management company based in Koh Samui, Thailand — and we keep things simple, including your data.

What We Collect

We do not run contact forms on this website. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us directly:

Contact details you share with us via WhatsApp, LINE, phone, or email — such as your name, phone number, email address, and the content of your messages.
Property details you provide when asking about management services or a specific listing — such as the villa's location, size, and ownership status.
Basic technical data collected automatically by our hosting platform (Framer) — pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and device. Aggregated, and used only to understand how the site is used.

How We Use Your Information

Respond to your enquiries about properties or management services;

Arrange viewings and communicate with you about them;
Prepare proposals and manage ongoing services for property owners;
Improve the website based on aggregate usage statistics.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask us to.

Third-Party Services

This website relies on a small number of trusted providers:

Framer — website hosting and traffic analytics (Framer's privacy policy).
Google Maps — an embedded map on our About page. When it loads, Google may collect technical data such as your IP address.
WhatsApp / LINE — if you message us through these apps, their own privacy policies also apply to the conversation.

We never share your personal information with these providers beyond what is technically necessary for the services above.

Cookies

Our hosting platform may use essential cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and anonymous traffic statistics. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will continue to work.

Data Retention

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Records related to active property management agreements are kept for the duration of the agreement and as required by Thai law.

Your Rights

You may ask us at any time to:

Tell you what personal information about you we hold;
Correct or update it;
Delete it, unless we are required to keep it by law.

Just message us on WhatsApp or email — we will respond promptly.

Security

We store messages and documents in access-protected accounts and only share them within the Tongsai Property team. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
